3 Parts pineapple juice
1 Part Malibu
Fresh cream
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
Pour over ice in a Highball glass, add a slice of pineapple, diced coconut sprinkled over the top,
Add straw, swizzle stick and an umbrella to decorate
